Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
-It is possible you entered your email address incorrectly when checking out.

How long does it take to receive my order?
-Shipping time vary depending on your delivery address. On average your order should arrive to you with 3-7 business days. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days please reach out to us.
Can I track my order?
-If you created an account with us you can view the status of your order anytime. If you didn’t, that’s ok, all orders will have a confirmation email along with a tracking email with the tracking number when your order has shipped.
What shipping carriers do you use?
-Currently we use: UPS, FEDEX and UPSP to get you the best possible rate.

Can I return or exchange and item?
-Of course! We offer free returns within 14 days of the day you receive it!
How often do you have sales or promotions?
